Done-for-you questions
Do I own the website?
Your domain and your content are yours at every stage, and we release them on request at any time. After the 12-month initial term, the website itself can be transferred to you at no additional build cost.
What if I already have a website?
We can rebuild it, or move it over as it is and maintain it from there. Migrations are free either way, and we will tell you honestly which option makes more sense for your site.
How long does the build take?
Most small business sites go live within two to four weeks of our first conversation. The main variable is how quickly you can get us your content, photos, and feedback.
What is Priority Development?
Priority Development moves a request ahead of our normal queue, with work starting within one business day. It is billed separately at $149 per hour and is not drawn from the development time included in your monthly plan. We confirm the estimated hours with you before starting anything substantial.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Your plan continues month-to-month and you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Nothing changes about the service or the price.
